SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will dispatch and courier out your order to you as soon as reasonably possible – generally within 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation. If for some reason we are unable to meet these delivery timelines we will notify you of the delay.
Please note that courier our delivery times are set for Mondays to Fridays between 8 am-5 pm only. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sundays, public holidays, or after hours. If you’re expecting your ZMV parcel, please make sure that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the package to confirm delivery.
All products will include a delivery charge unless your order is over a certain amount, in addition to the price of the item.
One thing you should note: if your order is during peak times like over special periods, our delivery times may be extended to longer than 5 – 10 business days. But we will make sure to tell you about the extended time for delivery.
All parcels are shipped from either our warehouse or factories and we are partnered with and utilize the services of “THE COURIER GUY”. You will receive an email notification with your courier tracking number.

RETURN, CANCELLED ORDERS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on the following:
- Damaged Bottles
- Non Labelled Bottles
- Incorrect Product Delivered
We will only accept return on the above if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at your delivery address. You can return an item only if you: Have shown us proof (in the form of a photo) of any of the above mentioned.

For canceled orders they will only be refunded if the order is canceled within 48 hours of placing it.
