APRIL 2020 COMPETITION -STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A SET OF ZULU MAN VAPES JUICE T'S & C'S
1. THE COMPETITION
Zulu Man Vapes Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) is offering you the opportunity to win “A set of Zulu Man Vape Juice which is 6 bottles of 120 ML vape juice of any Zulu Man flavours of your choice. (“the Promotional Competition”).
The Promotional Competition will commence on 6 April 2020 and end on 10 April 2020.
3. WHO CAN AND CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION
3.1 In order to participate in the Promotional Competition, all Participants (the “Participant”) must:
3.1.1 permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa;
3.1.2 have a valid green bar coded South African identity book or smart card;
3.2 The following persons, although meeting the criteria above, are not permitted to enter into the competition:
3.2.1 any persons under the age of 18 years at the time of the competition
3.2.2 the directors or members and employees of the Promoter or their business partners or immediate family members (spouse or life partner, parents, siblings and children) of the director, member or employee of the Promoter, including adopted persons listed in this group but not half- or step-relations);
3.2.3 the Promoter’s agents, consultants and marketing service providers.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 In order to stand a chance to win the Prize, each Participant must follow @zulumanvapes on Instagram, like & tag a minimum of 3 friends in the competition post and register and subscribe on the www.zulumanvape.com website
5. SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNER
5.1 The draws to select the Prize-winners will take place at the Promoter’s office on 20 April 2020.
5.2 All the entries (completion of all 4 competition mechanics) received during the promotional period will be eligible for entry into the draw, save for the exclusions as listed in paragraph 3 above.
5.3 In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Competition judges/the Promoter shall be final and binding on all aspects of the Promotional Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.4 Prizes are not transferable and any prize not taken up, forfeited or rejected for any reason will be subject to a separate draw and shall be allocated in terms of this competition to an additional winner.
5.5 The prizes shall not be exchanged for cash amounts.
5.6 All other costs or expenses relating to the prize that have not been mentioned herein are excluded.
5.7 If the Promoter is unsuccessful in contacting the prize winner within 3 days following the draw, then the Prize-winner will forfeit the prize and a new Prize-winner will be selected, subject to the same conditions.
5.8 If the Prize-winner rejects the Prize, then the Prize-winner will forfeit the Prize and an additional winner will be selected, subject to the same terms and conditions as contained herein.
5.9 The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delays in redeeming the Prize.
5.10 The Prize will under no circumstances be provided to a third party and will only be handed directly to the verified Prize-winner.
5.11 The Promoter will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver any part of the Prize resulting from acts beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. Such acts include, without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, civil disorder, rebellions or revolutions, epidemics, acts of terrorism, vandalism or sabotage, governmental regulations imposed after the fact, communication line failures, power and telecommunications failures, earthquakes, fire, floods or other disasters. The Promoter will notify the Prize winner as soon as reasonably possible if the prize is affected in this manner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time with another of similar commercial value.
6.1 All information relating to this Competition and published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and conditions of the entry.
6.2 The Promoter, assumes no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant’s participation in the Competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.
6.3 The Promoter may request the winner (at no fee) to consent in writing to endorse, promote and/or advertise any service of the Promoter.
6.4 The Prize-winner may however decline such a request to use his/her details or image in marketing material or to participate in marketing of any of the Promoter’s services. Such refusal will not affect the awarding of a Prize.
6.6 By entering this Competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these Competition rules.
6.7 The Promoter is not liable for any accident, injury, harm, death, damages, costs and/or loss sustained by a Prize-winner, and/or any other person who participates in the prize with the Prize-winner, at any point during the fulfilment of the Prize.
6.8 The Prize-winner will be contacted by email to arrange for delivery or collection of the Prize.
6.9 This promotional competition may be terminated immediately and without notice if the Promoter is required to do so because of legislative, regulatory or platform and tool reasons.
